Hi, I'm Margaret. 

I'm a licensed therapist and I specialize in: 

anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, identity exploration, and life transitions.

I'm here to help you - be kinder to yourself, feel more present in your life, cultivate nourishing relationships, and welcome all that it means to be human.

Anxiety

Overthinking, excessive worry, body tension, panic attacks... Anxiety can feel debilitating and downright draining. You can learn how to get out of your head and into your life by practicing nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and self-compassion. It's possible for you to feel present and at ease.

Relationships

You're worthy of relationships that feel safe and nourishing. Explore how to set boundaries and communicate your needs to others. And remember: the relationship you have with yourself is also important! It's possible to treat yourself with the same kindness and love that you offer to others. And I'm here to help you do just that.

Your authentic self is what holds the magic. There is nothing wrong or broken about you. Explore and discover who you are (your values, beliefs, identity, goals, wants, needs, etc). Feeling confident and connected to the genuine you can foster beautiful shifts & growth.

Changes in life can feel both exciting, and also overwhelming. Maybe you're starting college, beginning a new career, or ending a relationship, etc. Whatever it may be, it's possible for you to move through that change with more ease and stability. I'm here to support you through it.
