Hi, I'm Margaret. (she/her)

I'm a licensed therapist offering online therapy to individuals throughout the state of Colorado.

I specialize in working with:

  • Relationship conflicts, dating, break-ups

  • College and graduate school challenges

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Identity exploration

  • LGBTQ+ community

Therapy with me feels like a soft place to land, where all parts of you are welcome. It's low-pressure, collaborative, and rooted in warmth & compassion.

Whether you're navigating relationships, experiencing school stress, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, exploring who you are, or just need a space to be human - I'm here to support you. Together, we will help you feel more connected to yourself and to those around you... and create a life that feels authentic to you.

Do any of these sound like you?

  • You feel stuck in the same relationship patterns and aren't sure how to change them

  • You're experiencing conflicts with your partner and feel stuck in what to do

  • Dating feels confusing, exhausting, or brings you anxiety

  • You're going through a break-up and don't know what you need or how to heal

  • You feel anxious, worried, stressed, and overthink often

  • You're navigating the pressure of college or graduate school while trying to balance everything and keep it all together

  • You're exploring your identity, or you feel lost in your sense of self and who you are

  • You want to build healthier boundaries and feel more confident in relationships

If any of this resonates, you're in the right place. :)

Who I work with:

  • Colorado residents

  • Young adults & adults 18+

  • College and graduate students

  • LGBTQIA+ - all genders, sexual expressions, and identities

How I can help...

When we work together, I'll guide you to:

  • Understand the root of your anxiety, so you can feel more grounded and present in your life.

  • Get clear on your needs, set boundaries, and advocate for yourself with confidence.

  • Create more compassionate and nourishing relationships - with others, and yourself.

  • Identify how your past influences your now.

  • Get to know your authentic self, so that you can live a life that feels true to you.

  • Manage your stress and practice self-care that fills your cup up.

  • Tune into your emotions, thoughts, and what your body is telling you.

"May I be kind to myself in this moment. May I give myself the compassion I need." - Kristin Neff
