Therapy for LGBTQ+ and Identity

You get to be your authentic self, even if you don't know who that is yet.

As a queer therapist and human, I know how important it is to have a safe and supportive place where you can explore your identity without feeling judged. Our identities change and evolve over time, and that's a pretty cool part of existing. But it can also feel scary, daunting, and even confusing.

Maybe you're...

  • Questioning/curious about your sexual orientation or gender identity

  • Unsure of where you fit within the LGBTQ+ community

  • Anxious about coming out - or deciding if, when, or how to come out

  • Feeling lonely, misunderstood, or like no one really gets what you're feeling

  • Finding it difficult to navigate queer dating and relationships

  • Wanting to feel more comfortable and confident in your authentic self

  • Wrestling with family, cultural, or societal expectations

  • Looking for a place to explore who you are without judgment

Whatever you're experiencing, you don't have to do it all on your own. And you definitely don't have to have it all figured out. Together we can explore your identity with compassionate curiosity, and help you create a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned for you.

You deserve to feel at home in your identity, confident in how you express yourself, and free to embrace every part of who you are.

How I can help:

I'm here to provide an affirming, judgment-free space where you can show up as yourself. I'll help you explore your sexuality, gender, or identity at your own pace - without any pressure to choose a label or have all of the answers. I'll support you in understanding the expectations, messages, and beliefs that have shaped how you see yourself. And I'm committed to helping you reconnect with your values and what feels most meaningful to you.

If you're looking for LGBTQ+ affirming therapy in Arkansas or Colorado - I'm here to support you.
