Therapy for College and Graduate Students

A new chapter that can feel like a lot.

College and graduate school can be a super exciting time of change, growth, and opportunity. And it might also bring huge amounts of stress and overwhelm. Being a student means you're likely trying to balance school, work, social life, relationships, finances, physical health, mental health... (the list probably goes on and on). It can be really tough to try and keep it all together, and the pressure of everything can add up in a way that feels debilitating.

You're trying to figure out:

  • How to manage everything without burning yourself out

  • Why you're feeling so anxious and how you can find relief

  • How to set boundaries with your family, friends, and professors

  • What you actually want for your future

  • How to create a routine that works well for you

  • Why this transition is feeling harder than you expected

  • How to feel more confident in who you are

All of these feelings are so normal and make so much sense. I'm here to support you through this season of life - so that the heaviness and stress you feel don't consume your everyday. You deserve more than just getting through the week and turning in assignments. You deserve to enjoy this time and have some fun!

Therapy is a space where you can pause all of the to-do's, and just focus on you and how you're truly feeling.

We'll identify what YOU actually want out of life, and build more trust in yourself. We'll explore what you're needing - so that you can cope with the stress, anxiety, and pressure in a way that feels sustainable for you.

Areas I typically help College and Grad Students with include:

  • Anxiety, stress, overthinking, worry

  • Academic pressure and burnout

  • Perfectionism and imposter syndrome

  • Relationships, dating, breakups

  • Identity exploration and self-discovery

  • Navigating friendship and roommate challenges

  • Career uncertainty and life after graduation

  • Learning ways to coping with difficult emotions

  • LGBTQ+ affirming support

If you're looking for support through the overwhelm that college and grad school can bring - I'm here to help.
